Refund Policy

Returns

Bracelet size is already indicated in product images, so verify your size and then place your order. Size issues will not be considered for item returns. You will not receive the refund. We request that customers cover the Rs.120 return shipping cost, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Please film an unboxing video (full 360 angles) upon receiving a package from us. The unboxing video is essential as proof for damage cases, so please ensure it is recorded in good lighting. Our policy is valid for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Several categories of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

Due to hygiene reasons, Naths (Nose Pins), Toe Rings, Earrings, or any set that includes earrings, body piercing products, hair accessories, and face masks are not returnable. Gift cards Some health and personal care products To finalize your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are specific circumstances when only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Books with clear signs of use CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after it was received.

Refunds (if applicable)

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you regarding the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days or missing refunds (if applicable). If you have not yet received your refund, first recheck your bank account. Then, reach out to your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is reflected. Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For minor color or design variations in products compared to the photograph displayed on the website, those do NOT qualify for an exchange. We will dispatch your order ONLY if we have the same product that you ordered; otherwise, we will NOT ship the order. If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order delivered to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should send your product to ZebarKart, 303 Ramkrishna pally, Sodepur, Kolkata-700110. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
